Is the RIP/software included permanently, with no annual fee?

The software is already included in the device's sales price; it's built-in and there are no subscription fees or additional charges.

Can it print on transparent, dark-colored, and hard PC cases?

Yes, the machine has multiple printing modes. For transparent and dark-colore phone case, you can choose to print directly or overlay a layer before printing pattern.

Can we use our own blank TPU/PC cases?

Yes, the phone cases printer can print patterns not only on TPU and PC materials, but also on acrylic, ceramic, and leather surfaces.

How many phone cases can one ink set print?

It depends on the amount of each color used. Normally, one ink set can print approximately 180-200 phone cases.

What ink configuration does it use?

The Mietubl MTB-P02UV mobile phone case printer uses our custom-designed UV-cured ink, which is incompatible with conventional inks on the market. Please do not change the ink, as this may clog the printhead.

Whether the machines are available in 110V/120V for Canada？

Yes, this machine comes with power adapte that supports input of 110V ~ 240V. After converted by the power adapter, it will be converted into a safe operating voltage for the device.

What material is the phone case used for printing?

If you are using the machine to print phone cases, we strongly recommend printing with a phone case that does not contain an oily layer on the surface

How many times each set of ink can be used for printing?

This mainly depends on how many colors are used. For regular use, one set of inks can be used to print 150-200 pieces of phone cases.

Do we need to purchase blank phone cases from your company?

No, boss. You can use your own blank case in this machine. But if you need to buy a blank phone case for printing, we can also provide it.
